Catto International recruit qualified social workers of all levels for permanent and locum positions throughout England, Scotland and Wales. Our services are open to all qualified social workers, living in the UK and overseas.

In many cases with locum and permanent qualified social worker jobs of all levels, we can secure you a job offer prior to your UK arrival.

We recruit qualified social workers, senior practitioner social workers, assistant team managers, deputy team managers and team managers. Occasionally, we also place service managers.

Registration with the GSCC is valid for a 3 year period. You should be taking steps to update your registration approximately 4 months before this deadline.

Locum positions can be filled within one hour, for this reason we do not have a jobs page. Permanent jobs are so plentiful it would be unrealistic to advertise hundreds of jobs on one site.

Target Recruitment Countries

We have successfully recruited both UK social workers and overseas nationals from 14 different countries on both permanent and locum assignments. We will accept all qualified and motivated job seekers, and do not specifically target a particular country.

Car Drivers

Most employers will require you to be able to drive a car unless you would will be working in the centre of a major city, such as London or Birmingham.
